What's Cool For Back To School

ESSENTIALS

Going back to school means lots of hard work unfortunately, so prepare yourself with a scientific calculator from a well known supplier like Casio, (models start from about £6.99), and a pocket English dictionary to impress your teachers with your amazing spelling, available for about £3 from good stationery outlets. Treat yourself to a pack of coloured pencils and get creative, you can get a packet of 10 good quality colours for £1.99 from places like WH Smith, Staples, Partners and Stationery Box.

PLAYGROUND TOYS

Instead of messing about with a tennis ball during your lunch times, why not try out one of Pupiline's favourite playground toys… but make sure the teachers don't find them on you during lessons because they are guaranteed to get confiscated! We love the ever-popular Rubix Cube, and if your maths teacher does catch you, you can say it helps build mathematical geniuses! You should be able to find one in most toyshops for £7, or there is also a mini version available for a bit less. We also like Electronic Monopoly (£29.99), the new 'Flix Trix' for £6.99 (finger mountain bikes) and the old favourite marbles which you can buy for a wicked 10p! The essential playground favourite at the moment is Pokémon trading cards (from 30p), so get down to your local newsagent and grab some before they all go!
