Good nutrition for teenagers

Lets face it - not many of us eat a strict diet of 5 fruit and veg a day, and all the other guidelines we are told. If you do - nice one! - but usually it is chips, crisps and pizza. There's nothing wrong with that, but if you eat food containing 'the healthy stuff' you will feel better, grow faster and look better :-x!!!

It's important to get a good balance of healthy food and drinks. This is particularly true for us teenagers, because our body needs all the support and energy it can get during our 'formative years'!!!. But you don't have to be boring about what you eat… just make sure it is balanced!
