Mobiles, we all have them use them and want good ones.

But how can you make them really, really cool...?
Nokia 5110 Covers
First of all many of us have mobiles, almost all Pay as U Talk - there are loads of different types and companies that offer them but they are all basically the same - you buy a voucher and off you goBT Mobile Phone, but there are many websites out there that offer services to make your phone really cool, there are also loads of accessories you can buy from your supplier.

First of all there is www.genie.co.uk - this site was the first of its kind; offering "free enhanced services for you UK digital mobile phone" - this mouthful basically means your can get emails, sprots news and loads of stuff delivered to you phone as text messages.

The Genie service is quite reliable, although you do have to wait 4 an authorisation code before you can use the service; then you can set up the various features on the site. The email tool is probabaly the most valuable of the lot. This service means that any email sent to [username]@sms.genie.co.uk will be recieved as a SMS message on the phone - cool huh the type of service u need!

If you are more of a sporty type you can get up-to the minute news and views on your football team, essential if you are on the move.

However by far the best site out there for mobile accessories is a new one - www.iobox.com - this top quality site offers you some unbelievable features - create icons for your mobile, compose sounds to use as rings, get email via your mobile, and (perhaps the best if all) the abililty to order tickets from your mobile. I myself use this site, along with genie, and have found iobox to be far cooler, the icons and music parts are simple to use, and easy to send to your phone!

Many mobiles, including the Nokia 5110, let you change the colour of the covers, and the back of the phones. This top feature is at the height of cool for mobiles, but the problem is that the covers can be really expensive, but as with everything if you shop around you can get a good deal.

My advice for buying a phone is - be cautious, check out the deals, call charges and all the other small print you get with these sorst of things, i'd always stick with a reptuable one such as BTCellnet or Orange not only to ensure you always get your call, but you are more than likely to get the best offers with these guys, as they have the money to charge low.
